Jeff is a results-focused Strategic Change Consultant and Project Manager with demonstrated success in implementing enterprise-wide business transformation and strategic change initiatives, such as post-merger integration, business unit redesign, process re-engineering, cultural change, and ERP/technology deployment. He performs all aspects of organizational change management and has deep experience in the full life-cycle of complex change implementation.
He has worked with a wide-spectrum of industries, enterprise processes and organizational functions for both domestic and global change initiatives.
